yes. actually i have been musing on the nature of these obscessions - i myself can be accused of being obscessed with the same Arbat - in my case it is freud101, his argumentation and debating style reminds me of my former husband's :-)
his own obscession with Vit, i guess. love, like you say. love is tough.
and i have a friend ( one of my favorites) with serial obscessions ( the friend admits to it ) with various she-bloggers of moderate-to-severe unpleasantness.
